Luke started Open House in 2012 and with over 13 years sales and management experience and a lifetime of local knowledge, Luke really is Mr Worthing! He takes care of the lettings arm of the business as well as sales and it is the mixture of these two markets that allows Luke to have the pleasure of finding a home to suit all who need. A keen fundraiser recently raising over £3000 with the Open House team for Oxfam with a nonstop 100km walk over the south downs. Help for heroes is the next charity we're raising for! Outside of the business Luke is a dedicated family man and enjoys nothing more than a day with his wife and children.

Susi Brown

Bio

Susi has always been enthusiastic about everything property related and has plenty of personal experiences in buying and selling properties herself which enables her to fully empathise with our clients on every level. Being a landlord herself puts her in a great position to completely understand what our clients expect when it comes to property management. In the past Susi has worked in London as a Visual Expert for High Street Retailers and as a Interior Designer and has a good eye how to spruce up your property for little money ready for sale! Along with her experience at an estate agency in London she is perfect for the coast market. Susi is from Germany and has been living in the U.K. for 20 years and lives with her husband David and 9 year old daughter in Tarring/West Worthing.

 Susi says :

“ I love everything about Worthing and the South Coast and in my opinion there is no better place to live.

Being an estate agent in Worthing is my dream position as I truly love living here, continuously exploring the wonderful treasures that are here to find with my family. I can now combine my passion for properties with the compassion I have for people; I strongly believe that behind every Sale/Purchase or Rental is a personal story and I am not only here for the basic service I offer that truly personal touch.

My aim is to be there with you fully from beginning of the process to completion be it buying or selling and I will do my upmost to guide and assist  in the sometimes daunting conveyance process.

Bio

Also joining our team in fall 2016, a qualified AAT member, with over 30 years administrative experience, she is a highly valuable member of our team! Joanna enjoys spending time with her grandchildren who certainly keep her on her toes! She also enjoys taking the dog out for a relaxing stroll. The fountain of knowledge for anything cinematic or musical as a keen cinema goer & musical theatre fan!

Chrissie-Louise joined the team back in August on 2018 on a part time basis. Before joining Open House she trained as a business manager for a wedding hair and make-up company dealing with many aspects of that role but most importantly being fully qualified in business and admin. This has prepared Chrissie perfectly for dealing with all aspects of estate agency admin (and there is lots)!! She has a love for the more modern marketing aspects involved such as Twitter & Facebook and takes the lead on all our social media updates and competitions that we run. Chrissie-Louise leads a busy lifestyle while working also as a mobile hairdresser for her own company and spending some quality family time with her partner and step children. Chrissie has natural personable skills dealing with all customers efficiently and with a smile on her face. You can often find her at the weekend cosied up on the sofa with a cuppa!
