Renting

Once you have found the home you wish to let from us we have a simple step by step process to make things easier for you!!

Step 1

After you have viewed, you simply provide us with your full name, contact number and email address and we will send out an online application form.

Step 2

Once the application is received we pass this onto the landlord for their consideration.

Step 3

If you are the successful candidate we will then require a holding deposit, equivalent of 1 weeks rent. (this is simply held and put towards first months when you move, this can only be withheld if you withdraw or are rejected through no fault of our own).

Step 4

Complete various paper work and the signing of the final agreement that we will send out on our online platform, making this as simple as possible.

Step 5

Transfer remaining funds and deposit if required and finalise move in date.

Step 6

Collect your keys for your new home!!
