  • 1. Once you have viewed and want to proceed please contact Open House to complete a pre application form.
  • 2. If you are selected you will then need to make payment of 1 week rent which we will hold while referencing process takes place. This will then go towards your first months rent when passed and only withheld if you fail through no fault of our own.
  • 3. Once passed there will be paperwork sent out electronically to confirm payments and tenancy agreement.
  • 4. All signed and paid, we will arrange date and time for you to collect keys from our office.

Please note if we can help in anyway possible with the move do not hesitate to ask, for removals we recommend more than a clearance and perfect removals.
